About our venue

What is the capacity of your venue?


Prime House is a 4,000 sq. ft. liquor-licensed professional business venue with a whisky bar and a design studio (event management, graphic, fashion design & photography). For the whole venue, we can accommodate 250 people for standing reception and 200 people for seated reception. We have also installed 2 set of movable partitions to spilt the venue into 3 parts, namely PH deluxe, PH edge and PH Whiskey Lounge. Depending on your event, we are more than delighted to work with you and design a tailor-made event for whatever size you may choose.




What are your opening hours?


We open from Monday to Friday at 9am to 11pm. However, the venue can be rented pass this time on your request. Please contact us to make your enquiry and a customerized quotation based on your requests.




How can I get to the venue?


The venue is conveniently located in Kwun Tong district with many bus lines and MTR stations nearby. (In between AIA/AXA tower and One Bay East-Citibank. Behind The Millennium City II.) Ngau Tau Kwok MTR station is just 3 minutes walk away. Kwun Tong MTR station is just 5 minutes walk from our venue. The 1A, 16, 101X, 62X bus lines etc. are all a short walk away.




Is there parking?


Parking service is available at $24/hour from 5/F to 9/F of Montery Plaza. (2019/08 updated)




Who sets up venue before your event?


In general cases, Prime House offers services on setting up the venue according to your floor plan and design.




How many restrooms do you have?


There are male and female restrooms (wheelchair-accessible stall) on the floor of Prime House.




Can we bring our own food and alcoholic drinks?


This depends on the nature of your event as we will have our own catering service in the venue. However, if you really wish to use your own caterer, please contact us when you plan to book our venue and in most of the situation, cleaning charge would be applied for exteranl caterer. We are sorry that, in general case, you are encouraged to order alcoholic drinks offered by Prime House Whisky Lounge on a wide range of whisky, wines and other types of liquors. However, if you really want to enjoy your own bottle during event, please contact us for more information.




Can we bring our pet with us?


By Montery Plaza's policies, we are not allowed to accommodate your pets in the venue at this moment.




Can we bring our own furniture or decorations?


Yes. You can bring your own furniture and decorations to suit the theme of your event. The major principle of decorating our venue is safety. It is also encouraged all the additional set-up should be removable without causing damage on the property of Prime House. Nevertheless, Prime House would strive our best to come up with the best solution to cater your needs in compliance of the company's safety policies.





Rental and Service Fee

What types of events can I host at Prime House?


Prime House offers a versatile and luxurious place for holding corporate and entrepreneurial events. We are capable of hosting the followng types of events, including but not limited to: - Corporate Events - Marketing Events - Media & Press Events
- Sales Events - Conferences - Exhibitions - Photo Shoots & Filming - Cocktail Party - Fashion Show - Concert




How much is the venue rental fee?


You may email us your requests and our team will deliver to you a customized price list as a reference. However, rental fee varies based on the areas rented, date, length of event, additional requests, etc. Contact us to learn more about what it will cost to host your event at Prime House. We will get back to you within 3 working days.




When can we get in to set up?


You can set up the venue on the day of your event based on the availability of the venue. The set-up time will be factored into your rental cost. Please contact us to arrange a suitable schedule for you.




Apart from venue rental, do you offer funiture or equipment rental?


Yes. We also provide off-site equipment rental services for event, including but not limited to Projectors, PA system, Tables, Chairs and so on. Please contact us if you need any equipment from us.

What kinds of design services do you offer?


Prime House offers the following design services:

- Branding Appreciation Design
- Company Profile Design
- Event Material Design
- Fashion Design - Marketing Material Design




What is included in event material design?


We can help you design event materials ranging from event backdrop, posters, brochures, flyers and even props to be put in photo booth to best fit the needs of your event.




What is included in marketing material design?


Physical and Digital marketing materials includes banners, brochures, leaflet, videos, etc. based on your demand. Please feel free to contact our designers through email to obtain more information.





Photography

What are the photography services provided?


We provide the following photography services for our corporate and individual clients:

- Commerical Photos
- Onsite or off-site Event Photos - Professional Portraits
- Product Photos - Offsite Portraits - Street Portraits etc. Photo Retouching Services can also be included.
